Where can I get tech support?

The Help files of Signal wizard 2.5, signal wizard 3 and vSound are written comprehensively. You can enter your keywords or phrases into Help and it will give all relevant chapters without having to search for them online. If the Help unit does not answer your questions, please contact our team directly using the links provided at the bottom of this page.

How do I connect Signal Wizard to my PC?

Use a serial port of your PC or Serial-to-USB converter to connect Signal wizard unit to your PC. Allow your computer to detect the hardware and install device drivers. The unit is detected by PC (Windows OS) as a COM port connection. It should appear so in Control Panel->Device Manager->Ports(COM &LPT). Inside the Signal Wizard 2.5 or Signal wizard 3 software, go to Hardware-> Communications. Select the corresponding COM port as shown in Device Manager. Click OK. Verify connectivity from Hardware->Status.

How do I add more violin responses to vSound?

In the vSound software, Go to File -> Open impulse response and select file of correct format. Then click 'Download'. You can have a maximum of 16 responses saved into vSound that can be overwritten depending on your choice. More violin responses will be released on the website.

Can I program Signal Wizard?

The filter types and filter coefficients can be saved into Signal Wizard board. Follow the Help guideline for more details using keyword 'Program'

What are the delivery charges?

If you ordered the product directly from us, it is likely that your order will include charges for shipment. These costs include secure packaging and the charges by courier services to deliver the product to you. The delivery costs have a baseline of $10.00.

What is the expected delivery time?

Based on the country of destination, our stock and reach of our distributors, our delivery times may vary. Within UK, the expected delivery is typically 2-3 days. For the US, Canada and Europe, items are usually delivered in 5-7 days. For countries not mentioned above, the delivery time can vary between 7-14 days.

What support do I get if my device is damaged or faulty?

We can replace or give a full refund based on the circumstances of every purchase. If the device does not start up properly (despite of following the start up instructions) then we usually provide online one-on-one support to solve the problem remotely. If the device needs a major revision, we reimburse the customer all the shipping charges involved in sending us back the product.
